Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership Payments:

• ✍ All payments would be accepted on standard modes set by Export4tradeinda.
• ✍ As we keep high interactions with our clients, there is no provision for full or partial refunds.
• ✍ Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are sent for processing immediately.
• ✍ All payments are to be made in favor of "Export4tradeinda Private Limited."
• ✍ Employees no longer associated with Export4tradeinda cannot influence refunds.
• ✍ Membership payments are non-refundable but transferable under certain conditions.

Cancellation and Refund Methods:

• ✍ Credit card transactions can be canceled via email before services are activated.
• ✍ Refunds for cheque or DD payments are processed if the request is made before deposit.
• ✍ Foreign currency wire transfer recalls are processed within 7 working days.

Other Legal Disputes Policy

• ✍ Legal disputes will be dealt with under New Delhi jurisdiction only.
• ✍ Export4tradeinda is not responsible for disputes among community members.
• ✍ Information on members’ classifieds or websites is their sole responsibility.
